WHAT IF I DON'T WANT A HAIRCUT AND/OR BLOW DRY?​

Please contact me if you do not need a haircut with the color service that you are scheduled for. The blow dry, however, cannot be skipped as we need to dry your hair to make sure you love your new color.​

HOW DO I RESCHEDULE, CANCEL OR MODIFY MY APPOINTMENT?​

You can access your appointment from your confirmation emails/texts, by going directly to my online booking link, downloading the SQUARE GO app, texting me at 937.524.5457 or emailing me at shannonclarkhairstylist@gmail.com

I CAN'T FIND AVAILABILITY ON YOUR SCHEDULE WHAT DO I DO?

WHY DOESN'T YOUR SERVICE PAGE NOT OFFER THE SERVICE THAT I AM LOOKING FOR? 

As much as I love doing vivids and corrective colors my schedule currently only allows me to offer specific services at the moment. Short textured and long layered haircuts, low maintenance color, warm/sun kissed blondes, brunette/red, grey coverage/blending and healthy hair those are the services that I currently cater too. If you want a service not listed, please contact me and I can refer you to one of my stylist friends!

SHOULD I BRING A SNACK OR DRINK?

The salon has a variety of snacks and drinks that are free to anyone with an appointment and you can feel free to snack or drink anything set out in the waiting room!

My online calendar is open for 90 days. I do not book out further then that unless its holiday time OR if you come in at the same time consistently at a specific time frame. If you would like to be added to my cancellation/wait list, please click on the "Waitlist" tab via my online booking system or contact me with what service(s) you would like to schedule along with the days/times that work best for you.

CAN I BRING MY CHILD TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Color Vibe Salon is a child friendly salon! However, I kindly ask that if you bring your child with you, they sit in the waiting room quietly. Please note, this is for liability purposes as the salon floor can be dangerous for children with sharp objects, chemicals and hot tools. This policy excludes children with scheduled appointments. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.​

CAN I BRING GUEST WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Guests are welcomed and I understand if you want extra company during your appointment. Although, I ask all guests to be mindful of our space and time to ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.
